Carminat TomTom integrated in the Renault Clio

Carminat TomTomHaving a GPS navigator built into our car has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages that we do not need to mount and unmount each time we are going to use (to avoid the many temptations of the other friends). The disadvantage is the inability to use it in other cars, as well as a fairly high cost in most cases.

For the latter, the Carminat TomTom, which will come into the new model Renault Clio (which our colleagues have spoken Motorpasion), aims to put a solution with low cost, below 500 euros.

Equally it may seem expensive compared with other autonomous models from this manufacturer, but the TomTom Carminat a full screen display of 5.8 inches that we facilitate the visualization of data, integrated in the central part of the console.

With the familiarity of the interface of Carminat TomTom, will have traffic information, warning radars and speed limitation. The maps are upgradeable via the Internet, so we do not become obsolete despite being integrated in the vehicle.
