Sony Ericsson G705

The Sony Ericsson G705 is a slider terminal with a 2.4-inch TFT screen, and cuatribanda GSM connectivity with HSDPA, Wi-Fi access with support for DLNA and integrated access assisted GPS (AGPS) with access to Google Maps and Wayfinder Navigator (free for 3 months).
The camera’s Sony Ericsson G705 is 3.2MP resolution without AF and flash LED, which will enable us to record movies and upload them to QVGA directly to YouTube, just as the Media Browser will give us access to this service video.
This terminal is approached as the evolution of the W760i and focused Internet access through it, adding the flash LED and Wi-Fi connectivity, maintaining the characteristics except that access HSDPA / UMTS in the W760i is triband, while that the G705 has only de la banda 2100MHz.
The Sony Ericsson G705 is positioned as a complete terminal, similar to the new standard for the Nokia N Series, highlighting a time of autonomy impeccable with 400 hours standby and 10 hours in conversation with connectivity GSM / GPRS. If we turn to connectivity UMTS / HSDPA, times have fallen to 350 hours standby and 4 hours in conversation, much more than we have come to expect from Nokia.

With only 98gr. weight, the Sony Ericsson G705 is limited to a tight dimensions (95×47x14mm.) and will be available in the fourth quarter of 2008 in black and gold.
